ABOUT US
FAQ about KingsWay
- What is your worship service like?
- Well, there are many different parts of the worship service, but all focus around offering ourselves to God, honoring and praising Him for being, well, God! Many of us express this in a "contemporary" style of worship.
Our Music:
During worship, we sing worship songs or hymns, depending on the content found in those songs. Our worship team leads with guitar or keyboard, or both, at times using drums and other instruments.
Our Preaching:
Pastor Adam uses a variety of approaches. Sometimes messages will be based on a topic, with scripture to support key principles behind the topic, other times, Adam will teach the congregation principles found in just a few scripture verses.
- What do most people wear to KingsWay?
- Some wear suits and ties, others wear jeans and a t-shirt, some sport the khaki's and polo's.
- How long does the worship service last?
- The service lasts approximately one hour.
- Will I be embarrassed and be pointed out if I'm a visitor?
- No. We have no desire to embarrass you. We won't make a special announcement and we won't make you wear a name tag. We know some of you value anonymity and we certainly understand that! You may get a few handshakes and some good conversations, though, as you come in and out of the worship center (especially if you stop to eat some yummy cookies).
- What is fellowship time after the worship service?
- Fellowship time is an opportunity, if you want, to grab a cup of coffee and cookies and talk about the morning message or get to know other people who attend KingsWay! Stay for 30 seconds or 30 minutes... it's up to you!
- Do you have anything for my children on Sunday morning?
- Yes! Our Sunday school meets during our worship hour.
